Southern National Track Services was acquired by Road & Rail Services, LLC, a leading provider of third party logistics services in North America, effective July 1, 2022. The acquisition enlarged the geographic footprint of Road & Rail Services’ Track Services Division more deeply into the southeastern United States, expanding the company’s product and service offerings with strategic customers, while making a wider array of services available to Southern National Track customers. The additional scale provided by this acquisition enhanced Road and Rail Services’ ability to provide critical infrastructure solutions for public and private organizations across a wide range of industries.
